where are you based?

how quickly will my item ship?

usually within 1 week! orders are painted based on selected patterns, each item is made to order. can take up to 3 weeks

can I wash my pieces? 

Yes!

I recommend hand washing in cold water, but many customers have no issue with the cotton pieces in a traditional washing machine. colors may fade.

how are the pieces heat set?

each item is heat set in a dryer

bleeding may occur if made wet prior to the first wash

do you accept returns?

not usually! items are final sale, please contact me if there is an issue with your order

what shipping services do you use?

USPS

what happens if there is an issue with my package?

once the package has been shipped, the postal service is responsible. An email with tracking information is sent to the customer.

I will help if and when I can, but it is best to contact the postal service directly!
